As a Los Angeles born native, Dylan is a real estate strategist helping clients navigate the city’s complex development process with clarity and results. Reimagining what it means to build in the city he calls home. With over a decade of hands-on experience across residential and commercial brokerage, land use consulting, and real estate development, Dylan has been on the ground floor of complex real estate deals since a young age. Today, he leads Land Works Consulting—a full-service land use and development advisory firm guiding clients through zoning, feasibility, permitting, and entitlement in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
From first-time developers to institutional investors, Dylan is the go-to consultant for clients seeking creative yet actionable solutions to unlock site potential, maximize density, and move projects forward efficiently. His ability to blend creative vision with practical execution has earned him a reputation as both a forward thinker and a problem-solver—the one clients turn to when projects stall, deals go quiet, or the city pushes back.
A licensed agent since 18, Dylan sharpened his teeth in residential and commercial sales before transitioning to work for one of the top land use firms in the country, where his strategic mindset and obsessive attention to detail set him apart. With a background in Business Administration and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge, he blends academic insight with real world hustle.

David has been passionate about Real Estate Development from an early age; ever since reading about the conversion of the old bank district in Downtown LA in National Geographic, he was hooked!
As a Real Estate professional, David has over a decade of Real Estate experience with a diverse background of experiences within the industry. With experience in Appraisal/Valuation, Eminent Domain, Sales, Property Management and Land Use/Entitlement spaces, as well as a degree in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge, David brings a wide range of knowledge topics to Land Works Consulting.
As a business owner, David understands the importance of personalized service, underwriting concerns and other topics that come up in the entitlement process. David understands the needs of Real Estate investors and assist our clients in evaluating their potential development paths to maximize their Real Estate Investment.
Significant previous clients have included: County of Los Angeles former Community Redevelopment Agency (Eminent Domain), California High Speed Rail Authority (Eminent Domain), Riverside County Transit Commission (Valuation/Excess Lands Dispositions).
